Event Title: Sports Evangelism

Event Location: Uasin Gishu County, Kenya

Uasin Gishu County, which is locally dubbed as the home of runners, hosts many global athlete heroes from Kenya. This County, as we also realized has many ambitious young men and women aspiring to live up to the reputation of their fellow tribes-men and women as champions.

With this we have adopted a Sports Evangelism model that supports evangelism and sports ministry growth in the country. We step on the field with community members, providing sports skills training, sharing the truth of the Gospel and also building trusting relationships with community members. As these relationships develop, our team from Lulu Thamani follows up to go deeper into lives through discipleship, to meet emotional and spiritual needs and equip people for the purpose of growing the next generation of servant leaders. We are calling out to more people, gifted in this area to reach out and share their God-given talents through volunteering, prayer and financial support.
