Women Entrepreneurship Program

We give customized business and leadership skills training to fit the various audiences in the communities we visit, groups(chamas) and organizations we have partnered with. We mainly work with smallholder women farmers, micro enterprises and cooperatives. Since 2015, we have held open conferences that small businesses’ owners and members of table-banking groups attend.These are intense forums featuring basics for developing business plans plus introduction to Lulu Thamani membership. Interested participants then apply for coaching and training by Lulu Thamani experts and subscribe to a yearly support for their group (chama).
